Sahyadri Parisar Shikshan Prasarak Mandals', Shri. Manohar Hari Khapane College of Arts and Commerce, Pachal-Raypatan, Tal. Rajapur, Dist. Ratnagiri is established in the year of 1994. The College is permanently affiliated to University of Mumbai and also got accredited by NAAC with “B” Grade in the year 2016-17. Library have library management software named KOHA (Website- http://192.168.10.52:9090/index.html) with OPAC facility (Website- http://192.168.10.52:9000/ ). Library have different kind of reference collections such as Encyclopedia, Dictionaries, Maps, Journals, Competitive Related Books and Magazines etc. Library have reading room for students and staff.

A Library plays a vital role in the knowledge searching. It serves as the knowledge center for the entire college – students and faculty alike. Shri. M. H. Khapane College Library's aim is to support the teaching learning activity in the college and also provide updated knowledge to students and faculty and to ensure the optimum utilization of the available resources.
